Friendly staff made check-in easy.

During my stay, the air conditioning in my room was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak and only available in the lobby, making it inconvenient for reaching out to family. The breakfast was inconsistent, offering limited choices, and there were frequent errors in orders.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel at home, with a warm welcome upon arrival.

Had a great time with friends! The outdoor pools and gardens were perfect for relaxing. Check out the Siete Pecados for snorkeling if you're up for an adventure. The staff were friendly and quick to help us with anything we needed.

The massage was not up to par. it felt like we got shorted on time and technique.

Why I’m torn on this

The staff were all incredibly helpful and made my stay enjoyable. The gardens and pool area were peaceful, and I loved the spacious room.

The wifi connection was hit-or-miss. The dining options outside breakfast lacked variety, which was disappointing.

Opt for a room closer to the lobby to minimize stair climbing, which can be exhausting after a long day of activities.

The rooms are massive and came fully stocked with everything we needed. I loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and indulging in some soothing massages at the spa. Just a heads up, the pool could be a bit more inviting, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

Checking in was a breeze, with bags taken to the room right away and a lovely tropical drink upon arrival. The location is ideal, allowing for easy access to popular tours and a short tricycle ride to vibrant local dining options. The rooms are spacious, though a bit dark with limited lighting, and the bathroom can get uncomfortably hot. WiFi was inconsistent, mainly strong on the rooftop, but the dining options impressed with a variety of good food choices, including delicious Chinese dishes.

asia grand view has a stunning view from the dining area, perfect for enjoying breakfast. the staff are friendly and very helpful, especially with arranging island tours. the outdoor pool is surrounded by lush gardens, making it a great space for relaxation.

Couples looking for a peaceful getaway

The staff welcomed us with a refreshing drink, which really set the mood for our stay! The pool was lovely and quiet, and we enjoyed lounging there without the usual crowd.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.

Amazing view and super comfy!

The view from the room was unreal! Breakfast buffet was decent, especially loved trying out the local dishes. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us, even setting up a special dinner request. Just wish the Wi-Fi was better. it was kinda spotty in the evenings.
